Jonathan Northrop is a successful author – for the moment. His next deadline is coming due and the original brilliance that led him through his debut novel seems to have worn off. In other words, writer’s block.

He fears he may have awakened some ancient psychic presence.
Amidst increasing supernatural activity, real life and fiction begin to intertwine to lead to a horrifying climax.
Whispering Corner is a gripping supernatural horror thriller with tones of the mystic and mysterious. It was previously published under the pseudonym Mark Ronson.
MARC ALEXANDER is a former Fleet Street journalist and a consultant editor of Heritage Magazine. For many years he contributed a regular history column to Majesty magazine. His books include The Outrageous Queens, Haunted Churches and Abbeys of Britain, Royal Murder and A Companion to the Royal Heritage of Britain. Marc lives in London.

Very interesting concept.. the story of a writer writing a book.....the plot is well thought out and kept me guessing...it moved along at a steady pace with lots of unexpected twists and turns...very enjoyable....I'm also a writer and enjoyed the fact that the characters in the book wrote their own stories and name themselves...I've found this to be true also... a few typos but nothing major...I never considered that punctuation would be different in another country...I learned something new...Thanks Marc...I enjoyed it very much!Product details

I was captivated by this book. I could not put it down. I became too eager to see how it ended. Highly recommended!
Easy reading and a good flowing storyline was also a good story
Interesting but not overly scary, more of a psychological thriller than a horror story.
It was very hard to stop reading this book, the slight spelling errors only adds to the air of the book. Chilling and amazing all at the same time.
This book is what I consider a light paranormal reading. Nothing gross, or grotesque. It won't make you at things that go bump in the night. It had an interesting twist to the plot and ending.
I found myself engrossed in this story, both the "authors" and the book. There were unexpected twists and turns, of course, but the striking thing about this book, to me, was the trick of seeming utterly honest. I loved it.
It was different, like 2 stories in one. I had a hard time getting started, trying to figure out what was going on. After a while I didn't want to stop in case something happened. The descriptions of all the places was good. Not certain I liked any of the characters. I probably won't read anymore by this author.
